Dr. Patrick Lam, Co-Founder and Non-Executive Chairman

Dr. Patrick Lam has brought in over 15 years of technology research and management experience to P2. He has held senior managerial and architect roles in several telecommunications and software companies in Silicon Valley and Hong Kong. Dr. Lam has received his Bachelor degree from the University of California, Irvine, USA, his Master degree from the University of British Columbia, Canada, and his PhD degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. His core expertise includes wireless mesh networking, IP Mobility, Network Mobility, VoIP and various software technologies. Dr. Lam is a co-author of Physical-Layer Network Coding (PNC).

Dr. Peter Chong, Co-founder and Technology Advisor

Dr. Peter Chong is a leading figure in the wireless MESH and Wi-Fi technologies in Asia and is responsible for advising the Group on the technology roadmap.
He is currently the Professor and Head of Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Auckland University of Technology, Auckland, New Zealand, and is an Adjunct Associate Professor of CUHK, Hong Kong.
Peter was formerly the Director of Centre for Infocomm Technology in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He was Principal Lead of the NTU-NXP Smart Mobility Test-bed Project where he received SGD22 million in grant funding from the Economic Development Board (EDB) of Singapore, NTU and NXP. EDB contributed to SGD14 million which is the single largest grant in its history.
Dr. Chong received his Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of British Columbia, Canada.
